When you register for Perfecting the Art of Customer Service in a Disruptive World workshop, you are agreeable to receive marketing communications from Marketing Magazine and/or Lighthouse Independent Media and its associates.
Terms and Condition for Workshop Event
1. All bookings are final and non-refundable except in the case of Clauses (4) and (5).
2. Replacement / substitution are allowed, up to 1 week before the event at no extra charge.
3. Lighthouse Independent Media reserves the right to alter the program without notice including the substitution, amendment or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.
4. In the case of workshop postponement, Lighthouse Independent Media will refund if you are not able to make it on the new dates.
5. In the event of the workshop being cancelled by Lighthouse Independent Media or the inability of the trainer to be present, a full refund will be made to you.
